How do I book a picnic package?

To book a package simply call, text or email us and we will call you back to schedule your picnic.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, but last-minute bookings may be available. (our themed baskets sell out fast!)

Will my basket come with food?

You have the option to bring your own food OR for us to supply the food for you for an extra fee.

How long will I get to rent my Perfect Picnic for?

Your rental covers 3 hours of time to ensure a relaxing picnic!

What happens if I return my Perfect Picnic late?
Late returns will result in a late fee of $20 per hour.

What if it is raining? Will I get a refund?

You will get a refund or change of date option if bad weather permits.

Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required to cover any potential damages or missing items.

Where do I pick up my picnic supplies?
Pickup is available in Waikiki at a designated location. The exact address will be provided upon booking. It is conveniently located near Queens Beach!

Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We can deliver to your location for an additional fee based on distance.

Can you set up the picnic for me?
Currently, our service is Grab & Go, meaning you set up the picnic yourself. However, we provide everything you need for a seamless and beautiful experience! We include a brochure in each basket with pictures of your completed setup for your reference!

Do you provide drinks?
We offer infused water carafes as an add-on, but alcoholic beverages are not provided.

What is included in the fondue add-on?
The fondue pot comes with skewers, but you’ll need to bring your own chocolate, cheese, or other dipping ingredients. (unless you have paid for the food included package)

What happens if I damage or lose an item?
Damaged or lost items will be charged at replacement cost, which will be deducted from your deposit.

Can I rent a picnic setup for a proposal, birthday, or other special occasion?
Yes! Our themed baskets and add-ons make for a perfect celebration. Please inform us of any occasion so we can help make it a magical memory!

Do you offer kid-friendly or family packages?
Yes! We have options for mother-daughter picnics, family outings, and even father-son baskets.
